De nachten van 1 en 2 maart 2021 was het wederom prachtig helder en heb ik de kijker maar eens op de kikkervisjes gezet, beter bekend als The Tadpoles Nebula. Deze emissienevel bevindt zich op een afstand van circa 12.000 lichtjaar van ons klootje in het sterrenbeeld Voerman (Auriga). De kikkervisjes hebben een lengte van circa 10 lichtjaar…
Opname wederom met de SkyWatcher Esprit 150ED en ZWO ASI1600MM Cool Pro, unguided op de GM3000HPS montering. In totaal 108 subs geschoten in alleen smalband: 36 x 300s voor zowel H-alpha, O-iii als S-ii, dus in totaal 540 minuten, oftewel 9 uur, data.
Processing in APP, PSP, Topaz Denoise en nogmaals PSP.
