In de laatste versie is er wel wat aangepakt voor wat betreft 4K op de Mac.. dus misschien dat dat ook werkt onder Linux? Zou goed zijn te weten, anders neem ik het effe met hem op.

Having tested APP ( astropixel) a few times , it seem it has good potential for Processing RGB and SHO sub frames.
it takes a bit of getting used to at first and not all the things i have tried are working yet. i will need to watch more Vimeo videos,
but if this works out for me i might make some Youtube videos for myself and others on OSC (…[Read more]

So yeah, many these days are discovering APP and I use it together with PI all the time. It’s very good in doing things automatically, many beginners are getting better results than with other packages straight out of the gate. Nice data! Is the resolution you uploaded very low by any chance?

the data is from a friend and was in JPG form as a test for APP ..so yes … it was Ha OIII SII in JPG type.

Beste allemaal,
Ik woon in Dordrecht en zoekt mede hobbyisten die meer thuis zijn in het bewerken van deepsky opnames en of dat je die techniek me kan bijleren. Heb Pixinsight en APP. Dus wie weet.

Dat zal hier geen enkel probleem zijn, we doen eigenlijk niet anders. ;) Uitstekende combinatie aan software ook, dat gaat lukken! Stel je vragen in het forum alhier (te vinden via het menu boven), maak een post aan met je vraag (vragen) en we helpen je graag op weg.

Afgelopen zaterdag avond 29-9-2018 heb ik IC 1805 opgenomen in H-alpha met 8 Lights van 10 minuten. De Maan was boven de horizon (k=0,84)
Een volgster is natuurlijk dan problematisch, maar eerst ging het wel. Bij de laatste opname was volgen bijna onmogelijk door het heldere maanlicht.

Wanneer de heldere, grote objecten “op” zijn is het leuk om verder te gaan met minder populaire dingen. Na 2 uur data is er al iets te zien van deze dwerg. Nu de komende nachten verder met zoveel mogelijk RGB. (Dit is een stack van R+G+B). wip-dwarf

“anti-crepuscular rays”, nog nooit van gehoord. Maar kan mij er iets bij voorstellen, ik zie deze zaken altijd op de foto’s vanuit het ISS, erg leuk om dit vanaf de aarde eens goed te zien.

Vanmorgen is het de eerste keer gelukt omnaast de crepuscular rays ook de anti-crepuscular rays vast te leggen. Met het blote oog waren deze niet te zien, alleen na flink bewerken van contrast en toepassen van LocalHistogramEqualisation in Pixinsight kwamen ze naast de maan tevoorschijn.20180926-Crepuscular_raysAnti-Crepuscular-Rays-20180926

Heerlijk, van die meer zeldzame objecten. Wat mijn aandacht ook trok was de helder rode neveligheid linksboven, waarvan is dat?
