“High priority:
1. Online help and simple explanation to each option. A full documentation will take time. However, at this stage, even some hint about the options can be useful to people who encounter APP for the first time.
2. warning of very big output file”
1) Indeed, documentation in APP using tool tips are being implemented and I aim to have these tool tips for all buttons and options to help everyone getting started. I have also started work on a Quick Reference Guide. Which will explain more about requirements, current capabilities of APP and I also aim to include work flows. A full documentation is being written as well, but will take longer. The ToolTips and The Quick Reference Guide are the main priorities, including a good explanation about data calibration workflow including a warning system if the user is following a suboptimal path.
2) Do you refer, to the long file name, or the big file mapping during integration? I guess the later? A direct warning will be in place using the tooltips.
