    No it should only take a couple of seconds. I heard from Wei-Hao that it could take several minutes on one of his machines as well.

    Maybe I need to force APP to redraw the GUI after having started , maybe the bug is there.

    And it’s not a null pointer, so it’s a completely different bug.

    Can you describe what you were doing and the settings that you used in 3) to 6) in a seperate thread?

    Or send me those frames that you are trying to integrate?

    Is it normal that the APP takes 2 minutes to load ?

    I run on macOS with an SSD and when opening the APP, I see just the title bar and nothing else, and after two minutes the user interface appears.

    Other ‘heavyweight’ apps like Photoshop CC 2017 load in just 20 seconds, including the 20MP TIFF image.

I’m using APP to calibrate and correct my comet frames, use PI to do a comet-alignment and then integrate again using APP.     Calibration frames and integrations/stacks are always output as FITS. But APP can easily convert your FITS files to TIFF or JPG with an ICC profile attached.

  • Is there a possibility to output more standard formats (e.g. TIFF), rather than FITS ? The latter is unknown by most programs, including photoshop.

    Converting to TIFF using Imagemagick results in a monochrome TIFF.

      zijn er misschien tutorials mbt stacken want ik heb er nog moeite mee.
      Niet alle functies zijn me duidelijk.

  • De Komeet is al aardig “gegroeid” in omvang sinds ik hem voor het laatst had opgezocht en toont al een mooie staart. Deze Komeet is nog altijd makkelijk te vinden en staat hoog in het Zuid/westen tegen een uur of 01:00. Met een verrekijker gemakkelijk te vinden als een wazige vlek.

  • are you sending the mail from the new AWS S3 server? If so then you need to ask Amazon to whitelist your server. It will take a couple of days to be effectuated…

  • To reduce the possibility of e-mail being marked spam, all mail now comes from

    mabula@astropixelprocessor.com instead of sales@ or support@

    Google needs to learn this is not spam apparantly, because it marks mail from

    mabula@ still as spam I noticed… ;-(

    But I cannot paste the details into the fill in fields, so I had to typing them over, very clunky.

    A fix can be make these fields paste-able.
